I live in Edwardsville IL.
I used to do Crossfit in my garage gym but now take kettle bell and boot camp fitness classes at the YMCA. I picked up some info from Crossfit about exercising and eating right and disregarding the conventional wisdom.
I would like to meet people who are on board with the primal fitness and diet.
Living in the 21st century, commuting, working, and doing what must be done makes it hard to do everything optimally.
I am trying to clean up my diet, eat more vegetables and control my carb cravings.
