Mountain Biking is risky enough, you'd just be increasing the chances of impalement. ;) I had a really good time at the farm. Our hosts were wonderful! Scott provided us with a ton of information about his longhorns and the farm's operation. Dara fed us sample patties of fried ground beef, plus we fed chickens, petted horses, and the cows were pretty cool, too. I felt like a little kid. :) Oh, and I brought home more beef liver - yeah!
