Welcome!

This group gives us the opportunity to screen a diverse selection of current, classic, notable, and memorable films in commercial venues, private venues, dining venues, film festivals, libraries, and screening rooms. It also provides a nice social environment to eat, chat and laugh, and an opportunity to discuss afterwards the films we see.

We will also be adding to our schedule some live performances, comedy shows, and other cultural activities. If you have any suggestions, please email us!

PLEASE NOTE: As a rule, if you don't make it to the theater before we are seated, we reconvene after every movie in the lobby to discuss the movie and where to go for dinner or snacks or drinks. So if you get there late, just know that you can always hook up with us afterwards.

ONE MORE NOTE: After each event that you attend, Meetup will ask you to rate it on that event's page (with one to five stars). Please keep in mind that you are not rating the film itself, but instead, you are rating how you enjoyed the meetup event. Your comments, of course, can reflect your feelings about the film or the meetup.
