ProAction Athletics is dedicated to getting you results you are proud of through hard work, camaraderie, and a confidence boost!
This is an outdoor training camp led by Sarah McClendon. I am a personal trainer with an extensive volleyball coaching background. I model my boot camps to be a fusion of weight training with a team like feeling.
I offer both morning and evening boot camps for women. You are welcome to come to either class during the course of the 4 week camp at one flat rate. The environment is supportive and composed of women of all ability levels. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, but I am there to inspire you to reach your personal goals. aka: push you just enough.
The concept behind boot camp is to join a community of like minded powerful women. Together we meet challenges and the group works together for both individual and collective success.
Equipment: Bring a yoga mat and a set of weights (suggested weights are: 5 lb. for women, but you are welcome to bring a heavier set if you would like).
Each day is a different workout consisting of cardio, speed drills, flexibility, weight lifting, core work, plyometrics and overall body toning.
Being part of a ProAction Boot Camp is very rewarding both for getting results and building confidence. You will be surprised as to how much fun you are having while working out.
We meet in the old Busy Body space near Lake Merritt at 3199 Lakeshore Ave.

4 Classes Offered Daily Monday-Friday. 6AM, 7AM, 9:00AM & 5:45PM
$130 gives you unlimited workouts for three weeks (vs. a personal trainer at $70/hour).
I will lead 15 different and varied workouts for you to enjoy from November 30th-December 18th. Pick which time works for you and enjoy the flexibility that you can attend any of the 4 workout times. Read more
