Introduction

Hi, I have been involved with an array of Dharma groups since the early 70's, and for the last 11 years have focussed on Theravadan/Thai Buddhism at Wat Vijiradhammapadip in Mt. Vernon. I try to incorporate mindfulness practice into all activities.
