ProductTank Berlin #2: CONTROL VS. TRUST - What is better for your Product?

As a product manager you are facing a lot of situations where you have to decide whether it is better to control or trust your team and what is the best way to do it. Additionally the head of product or even the CEO is facing quite the same problems when it is about guiding product management. Especially when the development teams are using agile methods. The second Product Tank is all about CONTROL vs. TRUST and what is better for your product. Three speakers will share their opinions on that topic in 20 minute talks. After the talks there will be a Q&A session as well as the possibility to connect with other product guys.
