What makes you a good Product Manager?

I listen to clients, thier needs, & how products we make can solve them & in a way beneficial to all e.g. clients (efficiency, ease of use, and productivity) & company (simplify feature set so can build things faster with more reliability & profit).

What do you love about being a Product Manager?

Designing product/applicaction use-cases and work-flows into actual products.

What do you hate about being a Product Manager?

Doing 100 designs to get to the final 1 that looks so simple and intuitive people think a monkey designed it or somehow it designed itself :P (but thats good, the best product designs are those everyone "gets" staright away?).
