Introduction

My name is April and I live in the Manassas area as well as attend school part time. The first time I started meditating, it was something new to me but also found it to be relaxing for stressful days.

Are you are beginner, intermediate or advanced meditator?

Although I have been meditating for some time, I consider myself to be a beginner meditator in reaching enlightment.

How often do you meditate? Daily, Weekly, Monthly?

When I am in a group setting, I meditate weekly with others.

How long is each session?

The meditation center that I attend are normally 2 hours between the sitting portion and the walking.
