We are a friendly and progressive group of parents in the NW Suburbs of Chicago. For us, progressive means we are politically liberal and we treat our kids with respect. We run a wide range when it comes to holistic beliefs. We have cloth-diaper types, spiritual types, feminists and skeptics. We have stay at home dads (that we don't look at funny) and are LGBT friendly.

This group is for babies up to age 6 (siblings welcome.) We are open to meetups at any time of the day, join up and start one if we are not meeting at a time you can attend. 

We have an in depth questionnaire and high standards that have nothing to do with the way you look, the car you drive, or other superficial things. We don't care about your religion though extremists of any sort might want to find another group.

Note: Please try to be specific when you answer our questionnaire. If you are too vague we will not approve the membership. We need to know if you have a clue about what it means to be a progressive parent. Also please attend one meetup within 2 months so we can keep an active roster.
