Hello Progressive Singles dancers (and would-be dancers)!
Want to let you know about a great dance opportunity this coming Friday evening, May 28 in Richmond. Celebrating an era when courageous American women flocked to factories to keep the country’s maritime and other industries afloat, the new Rosie the Riveter Visitor Center and Museum at the historic Ford Craneway Pavilion in Richmond opens its doors for the first time with this sneak preview, concert and dance. Sparks will fly on the dance floor with the electrifying sounds of multi-platinum swing kings Big Bad Voodoo Daddy - this band is hot! Swing dance lessons are at 7, concert and dancing begins at 8. For more info and tickets, go the the following URL:

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an "official" Progressive Singles "meet-up," as I am not able to take responsibility for organizing it. But if anyone is interested in meeting there, please email me ASAP. (Hint: I might have an extra ticket available - for the right lady!)
Hope you can make it!
