SAFE Pod meetup + Google hangout (San Francisco)

Second meetup in San Francisco (again, hijacking Bitcoin devs at 20Mission)!

We'll be joined by Viv and David from MaidSafe HQ in Troon, Scotland who will be diving deeper into the API and core. Safe Pod Montreal will also be joining us to learn from the core devs!

Viv will go over the general bootstrapping procedure for working with the API and the first example app which goes over Authentication. David will also join and be able to explain the core side of these actions too for anyone that wants to have a crack at the submodule layers.

Catch up on our first two hangouts:

Project Safe and network visualizer Intro:
Overview of Core and API:

The meetup will be open ended and we can continue chatting about projects and ideas after the Google hangout is over.

Bring your questions, computers and excitement, we're building a new Internet that belongs to all of us.

Individuals can join the live Hangout here:

hey guys, I am not a dev, but having been fascinated and invested in safe since day one, could we come and hangout?

You're welcome to come by - the Hangout session with devs in Scotland will be going into how to work with the API and afterwards we'll be talking about app concepts.

How long is the meetup expected to go?

The Google hangout (which technically starts at 11am) with Scotland team will most likely be 1.5 - 2 hours but I'd like to chat with folks about app ideas afterwards too. I'll be at 20Mission until 3pm but if you can only stay for a bit, I certainly recommend coming for the hangout portion.
