Great session. We kicked that chapter's ass. Lynn noted two important rules-of-thumb for the chapter (and the PMP test):
1. All else being equal, lowest cost is the deciding factor in "Make or buy analysis"
2. UOS (unless otherwise specified), procurement is from a buyer's perspective.

Thanks Bill for the information on Chapter 12. I have already started reading! Are you teaching from the PMBOK or anther book? I am so glad to find your study group but I may not be able to get to the meetup tomorrow afterall. I am really trying hard.
