We also are wanting to eat foods that are:

.... low glycemic, meaning low carb, slow carb.

.... clean: free of anti-biotics, no added hormones.

.... local, sustainable, organic, biodynamic.

.... for some of us: pre-cultivation (ex: no grains) and pre-domestication (ex: no dairy).

Fusion is for me, so I've realized that I need to call myself a "flexitarian" and hope that I can help others - like yourself - find what works for you.... by introducing/sharing these eating concepts and lifestyles:

raw, nutritirian, paleotarian diets.

In order to do that my goal is to focus on:
