Hi Joni, I'm afraid that raw food is almost the opposite of Macrobiotics and we feel that most foods need to be cooked to be digested properly. If you want to come some evening and join us for dinner and make an announcement, that would be fine, however!

Rules:
All ingredients should be raw, ripe, fresh, organic & as local as possible. Food processing & blending is acceptable, but dehydration & juicing is not
Food list (choose up to 5):
