Come release your week, and start the weekend off right with our Feel Good Friday Night Flow. This heated, all-levels vinyasa flow class, consists of fun and creative sequences paired with great music that will get us moving and breathing together. Asanas are connected through breath-building heat, flexibility, strength, and balance. Note: Gentle Heat only– 75-80 degrees. Not a “hot” class!
This class, like all regular yoga classes at Project Yoga Richmond, is offered by cash or check donation of $10 *or pay what you are able*! Donations benefit PYR's ongoing community service work through yoga.
