Gentle Yoga for Everyone

End your week with this class, open to all and designed to gently and slowly open and align the physical body, deepen the breath and bring a soft focus to your mind. Perfect for those beginning or resuming a yoga practice, healing from injury or dealing with chronic illness. Offered at a suggested donation of $10 or pay what you are able. Please bring a mat if available– mats and other props are available to borrow if necessary– and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
