  • For decades Many horrifying and disturbing things have been discovered in The Bridgewater Triangle a Magnetic for Phenomena in parts of The Freetown-Fall River State Forest. Come explore into the wee morning hours as we are guided by “The Cult Cop,” Alan Alves and John Brightman, founder of New England Paranormal Research. On an eight hour tour: In 1970 through 1980, there had been a wide spread speculation that a satanic cult had inhabited the forest. In the deepest portions of the forest victims of horrible atrocities have been discovered and The region is often used as a dumping ground for murder victims and gruesome satanic sacrifices.

****These tours will meet around dusk in Assonet MA. Departure begins once everyone arrives (out of respect for all attending, we can only wait for 15 minutes if you call to alert us that you are running late). We insist that you bring your own flashlights -- none will be available to be given out! We will, however, supply you with the transportation to the locations that you will be investigating, history of each site and details of all the experiences that we have been fortunate to have had during our visits there. We also encourage you to bring any type of equipment you might like to use such as a digital recorder, digital camera, EMF detector, K2 meter, video camera, etc. We ask that N.E. Paranormal Research Tours be mentioned in the credits for any audio or video footage that is used in the media or on the internet. While driving to each location, tour guides will give you exclusive background information associated with the next site you'll be investigating. These details are not those just read in books, but accounts that we will share based on interviews with historians, detectives, witnesses and our own personal experiences. locations we will go to the Indian Ceremonial Area, the Ledge, the Cave and Copicut Rd, (home of the mad trucker). The two parking lots on Copicut Rd are where people have said to have seen ghosts, zombies, Pukwudgies and cult activity AND the Pet/Indian cemetery AND The Shack where people and police have said to have seen cult activity. You will have time to do your own investigation at each location that we go to. We will send out groups of two or three at a time, with your own equipment, to try to capture any paranormal activity. When everyone is finished -- we will move on to the next location. Meet at 7pm behind the Assonet village pizza  66 South Main St. Assonet MA 02702 we will Depart at 7:30-we will return around 3am.

I can't imagine...here is a chance to get into a stranger's van, have them bring us out to the cold dark woods where nobody knows where we are, so we can try to contact people that have passed under questionable circumstances...sounds like a good time to me. Then, when you add the refreshments...I guess some people just don't know how to have fun!

This looks like an interesting event....not sure that I believe in all the paranormal stuff, but may go anyway just to check it all out.

Does the price stay at $70 even if we don't fill all three vehicles?

Hi Dan, NO Price change! Cancelation may occur IF one vehicle of SIX people is not full and possible heavy rains. Believe it or not this eerie place is to be a once in a life time historical experience for the ghostly season. Not over populated media hype like Salem is now a days.

Ok...let me try this again...Hi Lisa, sorry for the delay in responding. I am signing up for this event, and sending the check today. I don't have any equipment other than the flashlight, though, and am hoping to find someone to borrow stuff from between now and then.
