The book we would be discussing is "The Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell.

Summary:

The book explores in detail how small insignificant things contribute toward a big success.

How and why do rumors spread and Influences of the environment on human behavior.

Learn about the success stories of Hush puppies, Sesame street and how the crime rate in New York dropped so quick ..

In general it talks about the forces in this society that drive an idea to success.

About the Author:

Malcolm Gladwell is a best selling author and speaker. His other best sellers are Blink, Outliers and What the Dog Saw. He offers a unique perspective to ideas as in exploring the most trivial of things and relating their contribution to a big success.

Feel free to come by even if you have not read the book, the idea of the discussion is to share your knowledge and understand new perspectives.

I missed it too. Drats. Great book, too. I'm going to try and make it to the next one, though.
