Dr Itai Ivtzan is a chartered psychologist and a lecturer in Positive Psychology at the University of East London. Itai’s Ph.D thesis investigated altered states of consciousness while focusing on the experience of meditation. During the last 10 years Itai has been running Mindfulness courses, workshops, and retreats as well as investigating Mindfulness as part of his academic career.
