Event Content Change:
Kelly's husband has had an accident this afternoon and Kelly is with him in hospital.
I will be running a session on a related issue in her place; why we sometimes want to do certain things but ensure we never actually do it! This is often related to conscious and non-conscious fears.
I will lead a structured exercise where you can work on an area of your choice.
I frequently use this process with individuals who have a fear of public speaking, being assertive or blocks in other areas. I have a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology.
If you have already paid on Meetup, I'm happy to reimburse you if you would rather not come to the session.
I look forward to seeing you shortly
