Happiness reloaded

Six months ago we had a debate on happiness at Pub Psychology. Nash feels that it is time to draw some conclusions. He has been involved with this subject for a number of years and is now ready to suggest a new framework (with some surprises) that will address the following issues: - What makes us happy? - What are the sources of happiness? - What is happiness 'formula'? - What can we do to be happier? The last question will be answered in a form of an original intervention (exercise). Tall order? Indeed. Come and see if Nash can live up to his promises.

Just to let you know that PowerPoint slides from yesterday's presentation are now uploaded here. Thank you for coming - we need to move to a bigger room :)
