PUB PSYCHOLOGY DEBATE: REGRET AND HOW TO DEAL WITH IT

There are two types of regret: you regret that you have done something, or you regret that you have not done something (you missed a chance or an opportunity). Because what we regret is in the past, regrets can be very frustrating and difficult to deal with (sometimes only a few seconds separate you from that what you regret, and yet it is beyond your reach). In fact, it is so tricky subject that we think it is worth a debate!
