Home Brew

Call it an experiment with food, conversation and community. Home Brew is different than Pub Theology. At the pub, we do a great job deconstructing things, so I’d like to see what we could actually create. This is a time for those seekers who want to go and dig deeper.

Here’s the offer… we’re hosting an event every Saturday night (6-8pm) for the next six weeks (Oct 12th -Nov 16th) to hang out and continue to dialogue together. I see this group for people who want to dig a bit deeper than we do in regular Pub Theology Meetups. I’ve got some progressive conversation starters to get this group talking deeper about spirituality and it’s implications on our lives and the future.

We only room for about 8-10 people. Who’s interested? Sign up, and I’ll email you all the pertinent information.

My first time ever attending such an event. I liked the people I met. They were from different backgrounds and presented different views. The hosts, Stuart and Miriam, were gracious and hospitable.

Stuart, I am so bummed because I have been trying to get to one of these meetups for the longest time. I was hoping this terrible cold and nasty cough would be better by now but they are not. I need to stay home and dope myself up with Nyquil again. I am so bummed
:( but I will try again for next Sat.

I feel you pain, Carol - I've had the bug for almost three weeks! Feel better!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
