depends on the season and what else I've done/will be doing during the day. Typically pale ales & IPA's in the warmer months or after a hard run, brown ales in the winter and/or after skiing.
I am interested in connecting the dots between the local beer its various sources. Where and how are the ingredients produced? Where does the water come from? How does that impact my drinking experience?
