Second Thursday Totem Lake Wine and Art Walk

Wind down your week at the Second Thursday Art and Wine Walk held at the Kirkland Warehouse Winery District (located in the business park behind Chan's Place and the parking lot of Liquid Lime and Laugh's). Each winery—Northwest Cellars, Skylite Cellars and Waving Tree—will have a different artist in its space and there will be snacks, music… and wine! Live jazz and blues music by Paul Green and Tim Lerch. Be sure to stop by and visit the new neighbor on the block, Ryan James Fine Arts, which will also be open for gallery viewing.

Making this a monthly event with the Eastside Social Club and maybe a couple of other Meetups.  We've had a blast - had great wine (5-6 tastings for $5), great snacks, hung out with a lot of fun, social people and even got to do some painting, closing the place down!

Runs 4-9pm. For more info visit: http://www.northwestcellars.com/events/details/336-second-thursday-art-and-wine-walk.html

We'll meet and start from Northwest Cellars and try to follow as listed above, staying at each for about 30mins, give or take.  Look for me (click my photo for a large version) - I'm 6'0" with long hair and will be wearing a Meetup button. You can also download and print up a nametag (under More>Promote) so we can find you. ~Claudette

This is a multi-meetup so more may be attending than what you see RSVP'd here.

It was my first meet up with this group and no one showed up. Sad.

Sabrina, how did you know no one showed? Was it empty? Were you wearing the nametag as noted in the event details and no one else was? Usually don't leave this as a self-hosted event so curious what happens when I'm not there/if people follow instructions. Appreciate a response. Hope the next one will be better attended. :)

I didn't have a nametag as my printer is down, but I never saw anyone else with a name tag and I asked the workers at 2 wineries if they had seen anyone from the meetup. They all said they knew the group and recognized the people and had not seen anyone from the group. I stayed until around 8p. I was bummed. There was a large group at the first winery that was associated with the artwork, so I chatted with them a bit :)

Have to work late this day, sadly, but I'll see you next month!

FYI: This month will be self hosted unless someone else wants to step up and host - basically bring a sign and be the person everyone looks for. See event details for more on this.

Great, be sure to RSVP so we know you plan to go. Not everyone reads the comments.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
