Hunan Garden in Bellevue is the perfect place for a meetup. We will have our own private room and you can order lunch or not. They do separate checks which makes it even more convenient. This month I decided to have a Saturday meetup for those of you who have not been able to make it during the week.
At our last meetup we had 4 new faces and learned the good news that 2 people had gone back to work. This meetup is great whether you are currently working or looking for your next gig. I always learn something useful from someone each time I attend. There are older "seasoned" PMs and younger PMs looking for mentors. Whatever your path or place I assure you, you will leave the event with a new contact and perhaps friend and something useful.
See you there!
Are there meeting notes posted so people who can't attend are able to read what was discussed in the meetup?
Teresa- We haven't been taking meeting minutes mainly because I've tried to keep it casual (and it's hard to take meeting minutes when you're eating). We arrive with no agenda and talk about what's on our minds. But I do think I should be taking notes (now that you've mentioned it) because lots of the PMS come up with job tips/recommendations which I'm sure would be of interest to other members. Thanks very much for your input.
Log in to Meetup with your Facebook account.
Excited about learning how I can help people move closer towards his/her goals.
