Learning to balance grams and sugars. Fitting in more gym time and home exercise.
Short walks, exercise buddies, recipe exchange. I am a crafter and need a kick-start to get back on track. Local events and day trips with like minded folks.
Who wouldn't want to hang out with people who wish to better their bodies and minds?
I am retired from an International Insurance Co. I am hoping to meet my personal goals of living a health life and learning better eating habits.
