By joining Stroller Strides and LUNA Moms Club of Puyallup, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips and, most importantly, laughter.  Expecting moms are welcome too!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser.

LUNA Moms Club playgroups and events are intended for moms and their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
