How long is tonight's meeting expected to last? Are the presentations expected to start right at 7pm?

Due to the weather, my board meeting was rescheduled from Monday to Thursday. I was hoping to go, but I guess the polar vortex wins this round.

For those of you who are new to Python (or maybe new to coding in general), this might be a good read for you:

There are some great points about learning to code. Some of my favorites are:
    1. Don't worry about the dogma and pedigrees
    2. A computer language is just like many other skills. (I don't think of myself as a beginner in Python any more, but I am still working on pulling off 'Hello World' on a guitar.)
    3. You are going to write code that doesn't work.
    4. You have to stick with it.

And, most importantly, pick a real world problem to solve when learning to code. See you in January

Sure you can bring your laptop. You might have to bring display adapters if your laptop does not have a VGA or DVI port. Clockwork has wifi if you need to get online.
