I probably won't make it at 6am, but I will try to pick up on the second loop after 7am. :-)

Still debating whether to do 8 or 16. Leaning towards 16...

16 sounds good.....for you!! :-)
The goal is to stay injury free. No need to rush for 16.

I am actually tentative.....I'm just feeling better after being sick a week, so not sure I can do 8 miles...will run tomorrow and see how it goes. :-)

Thanks Bill! Today was a good run so I should be fine for Saturday! :-)
I will be there. Yes, we should be back around at 7:20 a.m. Would be great to have him join us! [Ted will no longer be the baby of the group!]
i am a 80% yes. Trying to inspire my 14 year old son to join. 8 Miles on the second loop would be ideal - there is no way i can throw waking up before dawn in as another barrier for him. Would that be a 7:20 start?

This group consists of Qualcomm employees, family, and friends who like to run. We meet every Saturday at different spots in San Diego. Our runs support half marathoners and full marathoners.
Q Continuum is the name of our Ragnar Relay team. The team has participated in five Ragnar Relays.
We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
