I am joining from a distance in order to watch and learn. If I see a chance to contribute something, I will!
Yes, I have a spreadsheet with about 25 fields: sleep, mood, alertness, weight, blood pressure, exercise, meditation time, dietary things. But I usually only fill out a few fields every week. I pick and choose my tracking based on what interests me at the moment.
I'm the co-founder of Quantified Self and an organizer of the Bay Area and the Berkeley groups. I'm far away but I hope to join you in person some day, and in the meantime learn from a distance.
