What do you hope to get from the QS Women's group?

Since I know only a few women who like to look at data to learn more about the patterns in their lives, I am hoping to meet more women interested in this topic and see how they work with it. Another aspect of tracking that has me intrigued and worried is the implications such data has for privacy issues and whether this data, which is now voluntary, might become mandatory for health coverage, for instance, in the near future.

What self tracking topics are you interested in talking about?

Not sure if I have a fully developed topic, but I would mostly like to talk about fitness and nutrition tracking, as well as perhaps emotional data tracking.

I first devised a tracking database in Access for myself 15 years ago for my walks. Since then, I've come a long way in tracking, if not in fitness yet :)
