Pon Klie Zen Qigong Standing Series, Body Release / Relax and Zazen Meditation with Ajahn Sifu Moo Chaak
This class starts with Pon Klie Zen Qigong (The Standing Series) and is a great class to take if you want to master the series step-by-step. The practice of the standing series helps one release blocked energy and focuses on restoring our primal energy force. By integrating breath and movement to aid in the release and transformation of negative mental and emotional aspects, Pon Klie Zen Qigong serves as an excellent supplement to Zazen practice.
This class includes Zazen Meditation. After the Pon Klie (Bad Stress Out) Zen Qigong Standing Series, people often share that much of the inner turbulence has been released, which greatly supports their meditation in this class. However, Zazen meditation is not about imposing calmness, stillness, or any special state of mind. It simply involves being aware, moment by moment, to what arises in the mind without contracting around it, and this sets the stage from which calmness and peace of mind eventually return on a deeper level. It's a natural side-effect of doing Zazen. Initially, this approach can seem similar to "mindfulness", except that with Zazen there is ultimately no "object of awareness".
Qigong & Zazen naturally unfolds into our daily lives with the practice. The key is to start the practice, and if you choose to do so, there is no question that you will be capable of bringing a deeper peace and stillness back into your life.
So the real issue is not whether or not you will "succeed" in the inner practice of Zazen & Qigong, but whether or not you may be willing to start the practice - and in the NOW, accepting your experience just as it is. Being one with your present experience is to become one with yourself. And being one with yourself is actually to start unbinding the old inner stories and unsupportive conditioning about who we “think” we are. Whatever benefits that may come from Zen practice, they will come not from trying to control or change our lives, but from being wholeheartedly present, seeing and letting go. This class provides the perfect onramp into THE WAY OF ZEN.
This class also includes a 20 minute Zazen session. For this profound transformation to take place and not go awry, Zen training must be followed heedfully in a dedicated way.

This class starts with the full P.K.Z.Q. Standing Series you are practicing and is a valuable practice class. At completion of this class members in our Pon Klie Zen Qigong Instructor - Teacher Training Program will have a chance to review their flow with Ajahn Sifu Moo Chaak.
P.K.Z.Q. Instructors in training can also segment test with Ajahn Sifu Moo Chaak. Testing is an additional $15 so if testing - please be ready.
