Qi-gong at Whole Being Health

The first portion of the class I will be teaching three short standing qi-gong routines (grounding, nourishing, and liver cleanse) that Master Chen taught me and certified me to teach.  The second portion of the class I will be teaching a sitting qi-gong form called "One Thousand Hands Of Buddha" that Master He taught me and certified me to teach.

Please bring a qi-gong pillow to sit on, and I have plenty of yoga mats to share!

    1000 Hand of Buddha is a beautiful form for the cultivation of the power and openness of the heart. the class room space is lovely and Richard teaches this from from a deep place of heart and soul.
