We start with basic postures and will incorporate advanced techniques gradually.

Healing Qigong (also called Inhale, Inhale, Exhale Breathing Exercise)
Standing Posture, Breathing in Good Energy into Six Locations, Shaking Off Bad Energy, Patting Exercise; Ending Exercise
