Qigong Meditation and Mindfulness Class

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.

We practice a self-observation meditation technique to calm our thoughts, quiet our mind and balance our energy.

Our practice also includes combination of qigong movements and a stationary qigong meditation technique to cultivate our energy and enhance our well-being.

Beginners are welcome. Class size is limited to 14 people. Please RSVP before the class.
