Group Meditation and Mindfulness Class

 

In our group meditation and mindfulness practice, each week we combine Qigong meditation techniques, which help us cultivate our life force energy, with the principles of Mindfulness so that we expand our self-awareness to be better equipped to face life's challenges and personal difficulties we experience in our life.

The ultimate goal is to achieve a calm and balanced state of mind for a joyful, fulfilling and meaningful life.
