Learn the very rare and special spiraling energy qigong that is done with crystals.
Sue Freeman will consult with you about which crystals or stones are best for your needs physically, mentally, or spiritually for the first 15 minutes!
After that we will learn the step by step movements for absorbing the healing and transforming properties of the crystals and stones with qigong movements.
In conjunction with Sue Freeman, Reiki Master Teacher & Spiritual Energy Healer, Ordained Minister, Intuitive & Spiritual Counselor. The first 15 minutes will be a consultation with Sue on the type of crystal best to use for what you desire to accomplish for physically, emotionally, or spiritually. The rest of the hour, Sal will be showing you how to use the crystal energy with Qigong.
Learn special spiraling and energizing movements that greatly enhance your health and longevity. Spiraling Qigong increases mobility, flexibility, and strength in the hips, waist, and legs; and the upper back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands. Opens up and lengthens muscles and internal tissues. Coordinates arms and torso, while relieving muscular tension and stress. Twists and turns (spirals) around the lymph nodes of the Kua (hip fold) to boost the immune system. Uses higher level of concentration to coordinate 1) weight shifts; 2) torso turns; and 3) complex arm movements.
Uses 1) Constant Bear fold into hips movements with ‘silk reeling'; 2) ‘Laogong point' always faces sky (benefits Pericardium meridian – circulates Qi to heart-covering); twisting builds up Qi in arms before releasing it to the rest of body to clean blockages in meridians; 3) Laogong passes over Governing Vessel (Dumai) and Baihui point (at top of head where Dumai and primary [Bladder, Gall bladder, Triple Burner, and Liver] and many secondary meridians meet) to enhance Qi storage effect. 4) Arms extend fully front and back. 5) Make a full spiral. 6) Hold flat “magic” stones in hands to improve spiraling and absorb crystal energy into the body. From ‘Snake' movement of 1,200 year old ‘Wuji Hundun Qigong'.
