What attracts you to Qigong?

The mindful movement and breath awareness. Qi Gong practices help to integrate and ground me in the moment. I find it very effective stress and health management.

Which forms do you practice?

Many forms eg Wild Goose, Hun Yuan, Primordial, Guigen Medical, Shibashi, Animal forms
