Long Life Exercises and Hunyuan Qigong

 

What We Practice:

- Long Life Exercises - Warm-up exercises and gentle stretching to help the body develop increased flexibilty, strength, and range of motion.

- Hunyuan Qigong - A rare and powerful form of qigong for health and meditation from the ancient Taoist tradition.

(Class meets behind the Lodge which is next to the playground area, or if that is occupied, in the picnic area across the bridge at the back end of the park)
