I will be bringing along data to present on how I've reduced time spent in gyms over the last 5 years to a 10 minute week while improving quantified impact (strength, size and energy levels throughout week). I also have some data from people I've trained for comparison.
If you have a interesting experiment to relate or something you'd like to do let us know beforehand or just bring it up casually. It's a very informal group where we share experiences.
