Would you like to give a 5 - 10 minute talk on how you use self-tracking at one of our meetups?

No answer yet

Why are you interested in self-tracking?

I'm interested in the use of passive sensor technologies to monitor vital statistics and behaviour of patients in the home. Vivid Spectrum Technologies previously developed a free online service named SensorMonkey that allows users to connect devices to the Web and stream their data in real-time. The service is designed to allow easy creation and prototyping of sensor-driven web apps, and we have previously demonstrated the use of personal stress-detecting sensors and cardiac-monitoring devices streaming their data through our service.

Introduction

I'm Aaron McCoy. I'm a Ph.D. graduate from NUIM and co-founder of Vivid Spectrum Technologies. Our service, Vivid Rehab, helps physiotherapists monitor patient compliance during rehabilitation by quantifying their adherence to prescribed exercises.
