Talk about what's new with you, and with Quantified Self.

In the spirit of experimentation, I propose a testing a wider variety of days and times for Quantified Self meetings than we had last year. Got suggestions?

I'm not sure if above refers to the meeting time or simply to having more meetups. But I think more meetings is a great plan. In terms of ideas for additional get-togethers, there's of course the generic format: Individuals' sharing their personal tracking experiences (What inspired it, how they went about it, what they learned).

In the future I think it would also be interesting to have a few members volunteer to give brief, but structured and researched, 5-10 minute talks to help keep all of us updated on the latest news in the QS space. Topics might include things like: Emerging companies in the QS, New trends in Mhealth or QS, The latest gadgets and tech in QS and the changes they may usher in. This would be informative, help to engage all of us, and introduce new ideas for discussion.

Each community develops in its own way, and this is a possibility here in SB. Here are some videos of other QS talks:

If we identify some spaces with projectors etc, and rotate between them, that opens up other things we could do.

Great job Bob Kryczko for putting this together, thx!
Here is a recent event that shows the importance of some of the stuff we discussed Friday:
