Quantified Self Seattle Show + Tell #7

We're very excited to have the P4 Medicine Institute host our next Show + Tell.

As usual, we'll have a social/networking hour from 6 pm to 7 pm, followed by a series of short 5-10 minute talks.

If you are interested in giving a show + tell, please let us know in your comments, or by emailing one of the organizers.

Two of the major objectives of P4 medicine (predictive, preventive, personalized and participatory) are to quantify wellness and to demystify disease. Let's meet to discuss the common goals of P4 medicine and QS, and how QS methods can be applied to inform and disseminate P4 medicine.

Varied mix of thoughtful presentations - nice to have personal genomics to start the programme in this venue. Great to have Gary Wolf join us and lots of new people interested.

This was my first time to attend a QS meetup. The energy and passion for the topic was evident. The presentations were interesting and I actually liked them extending beyond 10 minutes because they had a lot to say. I'm not sure if I would have felt the same if there had been a boring presentation. We didn't have any of those. Terrific Meetup.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
