Yes. I record 42 values (almost) every day across the areas of sleep, energy, mood, diet, caffeine, alcohol, exercise, weight, BP, supplementation etc.
To share ideas with like minded people about how best to collect and more importantly use all this data.
Happiness, mindfulness, running faster marathons, living longer (forever if possible) and user experience design.

I'm happy to connect with other like-minded folks periodically and this seems like a really great forum. Seems very engineering/technology-centric though. I think it would be great to hear from more folks who may use technology but aren't themselves technologists. All these tools we use and tracking we do is a means to an end (self-improvement/behavior change) and an outsider might think that to many in this group, the tracking is an end in itself.
