Yes, I have been gathering data on daily basis, and tallying that data weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly for about four years. Although it has evolved some, the data includes such things as what I eat, how much sleep I get, how much tv I watch, time spent meditating, all my workouts (running. Biking, swimming, lifting, stretching/yoga, etc).

my primary focus is health oriented, not just physical, but mental and spiritual as well.
