Stumbled onto the Quantified Self movement when I started my diet in November... Started with a couple of apps, then a Withings scale and BP cuff. As the pounds fell off, I realized the benefits I was getting in positive re-enforcement from seeing the data. Didn't know there was a name for what I was doing till I read a RSS feed about Quantified Self today. Now, I want to explore things further and see what other possibilities there are.
