How many steps I walk per day. How many calories I intake. How many hours of sleep I get, and in what sleep states. How many emails I send / receive per day. How many hours I spend looking at a screen.

Are you actively tracking things in your behaviour?

Not yet.


I'm not a self-quantifier yet but I'd like to start.
