Sporadically track blood pressure, sleep quality, have 23andme data. Would like to track swim workouts, weight changes, maybe more.
Tech guy who is sedentary but tries to do fun exercise when possible. Early adopter of Zeo and other things. Have attended two QS Worldcons. If I had more time I would build a swim tracker.
This was my first session as part of QS@LA and I'm very glad I went. The other attendees were all knowledgeable, interested, contributed, and listened when others contributed. Special kudos and thanks to the organizer Eric Blue who not only pulled everything together in the space and with food goodies, but he also brought his own QS devices to show and for us to touch and look at. He also described his experiences with QS, including coding and hacking various packages. Eric really is tops at both the organizing and the tech explanation.
