The question should be, what data am I NOT gathering :) I'm currently tracking activity, sleep, workouts, geolocation, heart rate variability, blood testing, genomics (23andme), lifelogging, etc. etc. I'm just starting to track heart rate variability, workout intensity, sleep, etc. to see impact on gym and work performance.
